    • Correspondence courses do not meet this requirement. Transcripts must indicate “grades earned” for all courses taken.
    • Please note that a summary of semester totals alone does not meet this requirement.
  • Photocopies of transcripts are not acceptable unless certified (attested) by the official Registrar of the university attended (NOT INDIVIDUAL COLLEGE).
  • Documents stamped with ‘True Copy’ DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT and will not be accepted, which will potentially delay admission consideration.
  • If your college or university uses a 3rd party company (ie. Transcripts Network) as a platform to deliver your transcript, Purdue University will only accept the transcript as official if you use their e-transcript option (please send to krannertmasters@purdue.edu) to send your transcript. If you are unable to utilize the e-transcript feature you must go directly to your college or university’s registrar office to request an official sealed copy of your transcript to mail directly to our office.
  • If you were educated outside the United States, and the native language of the country where you were educated is not English, you must send both a certified official transcript in the original language of instruction and a certified official English translation. You must also provide a certified official copy of your diploma/degree certificate in the original language of instruction and a certified official English translation.
  • Official documents must arrive in a sealed and signed university envelope.
  • Applicants should have their transcript documents sent directly to the Purdue MBA and MS Programs Admissions Office, Rawls Hall, Room 2020, 100 S. Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN 47907-2076.
